1. General provisions

This Public Offer sets out the terms for concluding a Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). This offer is a proposal addressed to one or more specific persons that is sufficiently definite and expresses the intention of the offeror to consider itself bound by the Agreement with the addressee who accepts the proposal.

Performing the actions specified in this Offer confirms both Parties' consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms, in the manner, and to the extent set out in this Offer.

The text below is the official public proposal of the Provider in accordance with clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Agreement is deemed concluded and takes effect from the moment the Parties perform the actions provided for in this Offer, signifying unconditional and full acceptance of all its terms.

2. Terms and definitions

• Agreement — the text of this Offer accepted by the Customer through conclusive actions.
• Provider's Website — https://my.lazeefit.com/
• Parties — the Provider and the Customer.
• Service — the service provided by the Provider to the Customer under this Offer.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider undertakes to render the Services to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them in the amount, manner, and within the timeframes established by this Agreement.

The name, quantity, procedure, and other terms of the Services are determined based on the Provider's information when the Customer places an order, or are set on the Provider's website: https://my.lazeefit.com/

The Agreement is concluded by accepting this Offer through conclusive actions:

• registering an account on the Provider's Website;
• placing and submitting an order for the Services;
• payment for the Services by the Customer;
• the Provider beginning to render the Services.

4. Rights and obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• render the Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
• provide the Customer with access to the sections of the Website needed to receive the Services;
• maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

The Customer undertakes to:

• provide accurate information about themselves;
• not reproduce, copy, or sell information and materials obtained in connection with the Services;
• accept and pay for the Services.

5. Payment and refunds

The cost of the services is set on the Provider's Website: https://my.lazeefit.com/

Payment is made in Russian rubles via the payment methods listed on the Website. All settlements are cashless.

A refund is possible within 24 hours of payment, provided the Customer has not opened the materials or used the access. Refunds are issued upon written request to: info@lazeefit.com

After access to the materials has been opened, a refund is not possible, except in cases provided for by the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

6. Personal data

The Customer consents to the processing of personal data (name, email, phone) for the purpose of providing the services and improving the platform.

Data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”.

7. Force majeure

The Parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure (prohibitive acts of authorities, epidemics, natural disasters, etc.).

If force majeure circumstances continue for more than 60 business days, each Party has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement.

8. Liability of the Parties

In the event of failure to perform obligations under the Agreement, the Parties bear liability in accordance with this Offer and the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

A Party that has failed to perform its obligations must compensate the other Party for the losses caused.

9. Term

The Offer takes effect from the moment it is published on the Provider's Website and remains in force until it is withdrawn.

The Provider reserves the right to change the terms of the Offer at any time by publishing the changes on the Website.

10. Additional terms

The Agreement is governed by the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

A pre-trial dispute settlement procedure is mandatory.

The language of the Agreement is Russian.
