How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your LazeeFit account directly from inside the app — no email or support ticket required.
- Open the LazeeFit app or web client at client.lazeefit.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (in the “Danger zone” section).
- Read the warning, enter your password, tick the acknowledgement, and tap Delete permanently.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. You are signed out and redirected to the sign-in page.
What gets deleted
The deletion is immediate and irreversible. The following is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials (email, password) and active sessions
- Profile information (name, avatar, uploaded photos)
- Workout history, sets, daily form entries, and one-time assignments
- Body measurements and their history
- If you are a coach: your programs, templates, exercise overrides, and links to your clients
If you authored body measurements for other users (a coach measuring a client), those measurements stay with the client but the authorship is reassigned to a placeholder “Your coach” label so the client's history still makes sense.
Data retention
Anonymized, aggregated statistical data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes. Some operational logs are retained for up to 14 days for security and incident response, after which they roll over.
Questions or trouble deleting?
If you cannot reach the in-app delete screen — for example, you forgot your password — you can either reset your password through the “Forgot password” flow on the sign-in page, or email us at info@lazeefit.com for assistance.
