By accessing or using the LazeeFit application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LazeeFit is a fitness platform that connects coaches and clients. Coaches can create training programs, manage clients, and track progress. Clients can follow programs, log workouts, and view statistics.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Roles

Users may act as Coaches or Clients (or both):

Coaches create and manage training programs, invite clients, and access client workout data.
Clients follow assigned programs, log workouts, and track personal statistics.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Share your account credentials with others.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you create (programs, workout data, notes).
By using the Service, you grant LazeeFit a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.
Coaches may view workout data of their connected clients. This access is revoked when the coach-client relationship ends.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid plans.
Paid plans provide additional features such as increased client limits.
Payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimers

LazeeFit is not a medical service. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazeeFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
